We are located at 3515 Midvale Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19129. The door is at the middle of the building, right next to the window with the large Thornback Acupuncture sign.

New clients: You will receive an email with intake forms after booking your initial session. Please fill out this intake BEFORE your first appointment. We are entirely digital and do not have paper copies of the intake forms.

Booking: A credit card is required to hold your appointment. You can use this card or any other accepted method of payment at time of service.

Cancellation Policy: Thornback Acupuncture has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you no-show, if you do not show up for your appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, or if you cancel later than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged for the full price of your appointment. Please make sure to opt-in to email and text reminders, and to add your appointments to your calendar.
